Loorh

Here some words of their culture and to the idea behind them:

Living on the planet Mith'hallaga and are a well-mannered and intelligent race.

Their culture suffered a great hit and the folk of the Loorh must wait in a stone like sleep in the deep of their machine like cities. 

Thousand years later was the planet found by a satellite and a reconnaissance troop activated the cities; many parts of the stony ruins stood under water and much Loorh died in their safe rooms as the doors would open.

After this accident, as the elite of the Loorh had recovered and the race could sigh, they become a part of the I-PU.
